If you are using a standalone or other device then our software browser ticket scanner, then I would love to hear about it.
We are receiving requests for recommendation of some hardware ticket scanners, but cannot provide a good answer. So we would like to gather the information and put it also on our website to support future questions regarding these QR code readers.
This would also help to develop specific features and better support for those scanners – if possible at all.
What we would need:
- Product (Name, Type)
- Manyfactor
- If you have some specifications that were a must for you
- You personal experience in handling the scanner and get it work with our Event Tickets plugin
We introduced already the text input field on the ticket scanner for QR code scanner, that are entering the data like a keyboard for a faster scan. You still use our ticket scanner, but not the scan (with the webcam or mobile phone cam). The other feature is the option to add you own content for the QR code.
You help is much appreciated. Almost all options and features are coming from user requests and we are happy to implement them to make the solution for you better.
Want to be listed as an implementation partner?
We want to add a page dedicated to implementation partner and WordPress developer/designer. You can get listed on this page, if you like. It is free and we will forward users that need help with implementing special behavior to this page. So you can get new customers and support the plugin 🙂
Please send an email to support@vollstart.de. We need your name/company name, website, what you are (developer, designer, etc), with what you can help regarding the plugins (serial and/or event) – the idea is that people with issues, like designing a ticket template with twig or so, can get help from you. If you have default prices (hour, project or so) then we can add them also to the page. I will have to evaluate a bit, so that the quality can be checked. We cannot ensure your listing, if it does not match with the needs of our customer and the relevance to my plugins.
