In some cases it is not possible for your customers to open the ticket detail view within the plugin folder using the public ticket number as part of the URL. You customers sees your 404 error page.
In that cases you can set activate this option to have the public ticket view as a parameter to the detail page.
You can combine this also with the option wcTicketCompatibilityModeURLPath.
Once active, the new ticket detail URL will be created using the ticket number as a URL parameter. You can test this by opening the ticket detail view within the admin ticket detail view.
