Emergency update to fix a major bug

• Permalink structure is checked now on the options and an info message is displayed in case it is not set
• Fix for the get_wcTicketAttachTicketToMailOf to support also bases plugin and not harm Premium

I am very sorry. I try not to make short noticed update before a weekend. Knowing that many of you are maybe using it. And it should work. This fix is needed, because I made a stupid mistake and it harms your sale if badge and qr image is attached to the sales email.
