Inventory Automation is the bridge between your WooCommerce shop and your Perfex CRM. Every new order creates a Perfex invoice and (optionally) an Inventory Pro delivery note — no manual typing, no copy-paste, no stock desync.
How it works
- Customer checks out in WooCommerce
- WooCommerce sends a webhook to your Perfex installation (HMAC-signed)
- Inventory Automation verifies the signature, maps the customer to a Perfex client, expands any bundle SKUs, and creates the invoice
- If Auto-Delivery is enabled, an Inventory Pro delivery note is created too — reducing stock on hand automatically
- The full webhook payload is stored in the Webhook Inbox for replay and debugging

License & Activation
After purchase you receive a license key (ABO-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX) by email. Activate it under Inventory Automation → License Settings in your Perfex admin. The module verifies the key against the VOLLSTART license server and unlocks all features.
